Dawn is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and keeps our data systems accurate and up to date.  She has been with the company for over 20 years and provides valuable support to Mike, acting as the first point of contact for many of our clients.

James provides technical and administrative support to Mike and his clients.  He helps ensure that client records are in order and liaises with investment and product providers in order to deliver a high quality ongoing service to our clients.
